This question is one of our most valuable pillars for building the business the way that we did. When it comes to marketing paid spend, one of the biggest barriers in this industry is transparency. If you give someone $300 to run Facebook ads, you need to know what percentage of that money is going to the actual platform (your spend) and what is going to the agency as a fee. Without this transparency, you have no benchmarks to measure success. We DO NOT and will NEVER mark up paid spend. If you decide to spend $1,000 in Facebook ads, we put $1,000 in your Facebook ad budget. Our management fees are completely separate. That way, you know if you got 285 leads and you spent $1,000, you acquire leads right around $3.50. If you’re like ?, only $3.50 a lead, that helps you decide to keep rolling with that budget or add some more!

We’d be lying if we didn’t feel your pain on this one. It is really tough to figure out how to get these social media reps on the phone, email or even chat. We’re so lucky to have dedicated reps for Facebook, Google Ads, Snapchat, Sprout, HubSpot and more! These relationships have been cultivated over time and come in handy navigating these spaces. We wish they could solve ALL of our technical issues, sometimes we’re stuck too, but they really come in clutch in emergencies.
