How much do your services cost?
It completely depends on the type of service you need. For example, a Social Plan might cost a couple hundred dollars while a website costs thousands. Once we know what your goals are, we’ll put together a retainer that outlines exactly what we will we do and for how much.
How do I know if your agency is the right partner for our business?
We believe in full transparency all of the time. We don’t mark up paid spend, you know exactly what you’re paying for, what strategy we’re using, you approve creative, we communicate often, and truly want to become an advocate for your business. There are a lot of things to weigh in choosing the right partnership for your brand. We pride ourselves on the human-first aspect of our business. As the trends and performance on these platforms change, we optimize your strategy and scope to maximize performance. We do not believe in the “place it and pray it works” method. Help! I don't know who has the keys to my digital assets. What do I do?
If you’re on high alert because the person who manages your social assets is no longer with your team, we’re here to help you navigate this transition. It can be scary to feel locked out of your platforms, it can sometimes be a very timely process to reclaim your pages. Our team of experts is here to help you navigate your administrative access.
How do I hire Chatterkick?
Just call us! It all starts with that initial connection. Once we figure out what you need and how we’ll help, we’ll put together a contract that we’ll both agree to and sign. Then, we’ll get to work.
Are you a full-service digital agency?
You bet! With minimal guidance and your ultimate approval, we create, manage and promote your story using authentic content and social media campaigns. You’ll only need to devote a small time commitment to help us make your social goals a reality.
I'm working with another agency but have no idea how to hold them accountable. How can I tell if they're doing a good job on our behalf?
Transparency is key! We suggest partnering with Chatterkick for a social Plan to see how one of your platforms stacks up to industry benchmarks, a full strategy & discovery plan to see if there are opportunities or efforts being missed, or to bring us in for a creative ideation session to inject some inspiration into your creative strategies.
Can you train my team how to do the work?
Yes! We’ll provide customized training and development courses tailored to your specific business goals. We will set you up with best practices, examples of content, photo prompts, and plenty of time to ask questions and get feedback with quarterly strategy sessions.
Are there certain audiences you are especially good at targeting?
Millennial Moms, 3rd Generation Ag Men, Active Baby Boomers, or CEOs across the country – no matter what your ideal audience looks like or where they live, we have the ability to successfully target them. How will you know what to post about my business?
We hire the best creative nerds who come up with fun, engaging and trending content all based on your brand and goals. Your posts will inspire and motivate your audience. We blend original copy with eye-catching graphics, sharable pieces plus links back to your website. You approve it. We post it.
Why shouldn't I just hire a social media intern instead?
Social media management is a BIG job. We have at least four people working on your account at all times, a Customer Success Specialist to ensure communication is clear and your scope is on track, an Ad Strategist to make sure your goals are met and track your results, a Visual Content Strategist to bring the ideas to life, a Engagement Strategist to be your online (and front-line) customer service support. That’s a lot for one intern to do – and do successfully.
Do I have a dedicated point of contact on the Chatterkick squad?
Our partner relationships are the most important factor in our business. We have Customer Success Specialists that are the magicians who keep the show alive for our social retainer and project partners. They get to know your team, your business, and your goals like a seamless extension of your brand. You’ll also be in contact with a lot of our team members during your journey with us, one of the benefits of working with our agency is you hire more than 7 people who work on your partnership.
I'd love to partner with Chatterkick, but I want to eventually bring our efforts in-house. You still game to set us up for success?
Our mission is to provide value to any business who is committed to the journey, dedicated to growing their business, and is willing to learn social best practices. Sometimes success looks like incrementally growing bottom-line results but we also know that training ourselves out of a job can also help add extreme value for a business. We create a custom training program to help you develop your internal team as we transition efforts to your team.
